Redpath Partners are working with a well-established and well-funded property developer with a growing portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. With an impressive track record spanning luxury developments, Build-to-Rent (BTR), Build-to-Sell (BTS), and integrated precincts, the group is now looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager to lead major projects through their full lifecycle.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a driven property professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality developments. You'll work across acquisition, planning, design development, and delivery - contributing to projects that shape the built environment in some of Sydney's most prominent locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development management across complex residential and mixed-use projects
Oversee feasibility modelling, site assessments, and due diligence
Manage planning pathways and approvals in close collaboration with consultants and authorities
Drive design development in alignment with commercial and customer outcomes
Work closely with in-house delivery and construction teams to meet program, cost, and quality objectives
Identify project risks and manage mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including JV partners and councils
Contribute to broader business strategy including acquisitions and development pipeline planning
About You
7+ years of experience in property development, ideally across residential or mixed-use assets
Strong understanding of development processes, planning pathways, and financial modelling
Proven ability to lead complex projects through all stages - from feasibility to delivery
Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline
