Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of Vertiv equipment as planned and directed by the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor.
* Plan customer service maintenance visits in a structured and methodical manner.
* Carry out commissioning, service maintenance & after-hours service commitments in a professional and efficient manner.
* Maintain relationships with customers providing customer feedback to the team.
* Keep up to date with training requirements across multiple Vertiv technologies.
* Comply with all Work Health & Safety Environment and Quality obligations.
* Actively promote safety in the workplace.
Daily Work Duties and Expectations
* Attend customer service calls.
* Use ladders, scissor lift, and scaffolding.
* Work in tight and restricted locations.
* Lift, carry, and relocate equipment and components such as compressors, gas bottles etc.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the HVAC Critical Cooling space.
* Mechanical Trade Certificate.
* Restricted Electrical Licence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
