About Us
Norcos AgriSolutions Animal Nutrition division plays a vital role in supplying high-quality feed across our regional farming communities.
About the Role
As a Feed Mill Operator your duties may include :
* Assist in the safe and efficient operation of feed mill equipment and machinery.
* Undertake batching mixing bagging and loading activities.
* Maintain quality standards to ensure our customers receive consistent high-quality animal nutrition products.
* Follow and adhere to Feedsafe processes procedures and reporting.
* Operate forklifts (training / licensing provided if required).
* Complete routine cleaning housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks.
* Support the production team to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met.
* Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold Norcos Golden Safety Rules.
* Assist with inventory pest control and receival of inbound goods.
What We Are Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you have :
* A great attitude and willingness to learn.
* The ability to perform physical tasks safely.
* A team-focused mindset.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
* A forklift licence (beneficial but not essential – we will help you get one).
* Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in manufacturing agriculture or warehousing (highly regarded but not required).
