Responsibilities
* Safety Management: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety measures to ensure a secure learning environment.
* Facilities Oversight: Coordinate the maintenance of school facilities, including emergency procedures, to guarantee safety standards are met and staff are prepared for emergencies.
* Training and Development: Provide safety training and foster a culture of responsibility and proactive risk management within the team.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks, monitor workloads, promote teamwork, and develop staff skills to ensure efficient operations.
* Policies and Procedures: Develop and interpret legislation, regulations, procedures, and guidelines related to school operations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
* Procurement and Budgeting: Manage procurement activities, oversee budgets, and handle administrative tasks to optimize resource allocation.
* Marketing and Promotion: Market and promote facilities services, coordinate responsive programs, and contribute to strategic planning through policy review and recommendations.
