SALES ASSISTANT

Currently seeking applications for a Sales Assistant/Store Manager. This is not your average retail position and gives the successful candidate a number of areas to excel, including business development, customer service, stock management and potentially the ability to become a Franchisee.
The Role:
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Service customers on designated route and provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Provide service on products sold by the company.
• Manage store operation to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Maintain accountability for sales and collections.
• Review store operations documents and balance each week. Complete all daily/weekly reporting requirements.
• Assist with operating the Mobile Store in compliance with the Snap-on program.
• Maintain mobile company store in pristine condition, as it serves as a showcase for the Snap-on franchise.
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, training and other company events as required.
• Comply with health and safety responsibilities, safe work practices and procedures, and undertake training as required.
• Other reasonable duties as requested by the Franchisee.
The Candidate
To be successful you must possess:
• A sales focused attitude (experience is desirable but not essential);
• A keen interest/understanding of tools and their applications;
• Excellent communication skills and personal presentation;
• Excellent phone manner;
• An ability to work as part of a team;
• A friendly and engaging personality;
• Attention to detail;
• Compliance with WH&S practices;
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Minimum Medium Rigid licence or potential to obtain.
• First Aid qualified (desirable but not essential)
