Here's What You'll Be Up To:
* Supporting the Guest Services Assistant to provide an exceptional experience for short-term guests and residents.
* Overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
* Coordinating bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain seamless operations.
* Liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure property standards are upheld.
* Assisting in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.
* Managing tenant and guest inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
* Ensuring all operations align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.
What You Need to Bring:
* Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.
* A strong understanding of short-term rental operations, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, residents, and service providers.
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
* A current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.
