If you’re a payroll professional and want a role that fits your capability, not the other way around, read on. This Homebush-based business is growing and acquiring companies across Australia and New Zealand. Payroll is a key function, and they’re open to considering candidates at either the Senior Payroll or Team Leader level, as the role will be shaped around your experience. If you’re operating at Senior Payroll Officer level, great. If you’re already leading or ready to step up, there’s also scope for that too.
You’ll join a well-run team of five, report to an experienced National Payroll Manager and work alongside one direct report. Together, you’ll process payroll for up to 1,800 employees across weekly and fortnightly cycles. Some of your duties will include: end-to-end payroll (AU & NZ), Superannuation, payroll tax, workers' compensation, managing payroll queries, supporting payroll integration as new businesses are acquired, while using Micropay (previous experience is highly regarded but not essential).
Ideally, you’ve had a steady career, are confident in compliance, and comfortable taking ownership with good attention to detail. You don’t need Micropay experience - you can learn it.
