Marketing Automation and Digital Executive - Job Description

* The marketing automation and digital executive is responsible for implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This involves participating in the launch and establishment of global brands, specializing in marketing and communication automation, owned, earned, and paid digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HubSpot Administration
* Act as a HubSpot subject matter expert in the business
* Set up automated communications in HubSpot
* Build communication templates in HubSpot
* Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to create data-driven campaigns and customer journeys
* Send marketing and operational communications from HubSpot
* Build templates in HubSpot
2. Digital and Demand
* Support the marketing function to oversee the entire paid digital marketing portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation based on performance metrics and strategic objectives daily
* Manage and implement all search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and conversations through paid search efforts
* Develop and execute digital and paid media strategies to maximize ROI spend
* Oversee the entire paid digital marketing portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation based on performance metrics and strategic objectives daily
* Manage and optimize campaigns, implementing adjustments based on performance insights
* Conduct competitor review of digital and social media efforts to understand strategies and present back on best practice
* Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms: META and LinkedIn
3. Social Media
* Build a sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring regular beat of quality storytelling and real-time content
* Ensure copy is kept within the voice of the brand across all platforms
* Collaborate with the campaign manager to produce high-quality creatives, animation, and engaged content
* Stay up to date with the latest market, industry trends, and developments and use your knowledge to inform our content strategy
* Escalate digital and social communications to operations and as appropriate
* Share data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimizing for conversion
* Monitor social media conversation and public perception, proactively address issues that may impact the organization's image and/or reputation

Requirements:

* Experience in HubSpot administration and digital marketing
* Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies within the telecommunications industry
* Strong background in digital marketing, including managing digital platforms, executing digital campaigns, and leveraging SEO and SEM strategies
* Excellent technical experience and knowledge: platforms inclusive of Meta, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and automation tools
