Civil Earthworks Supervisor
This role involves overseeing the management of daily activities on a bulk earthworks project in the Pilbara region, ensuring site safety and efficient operations.
The team leader is responsible for utilizing cutting-edge technology, including machine guidance and automation, with a fleet of CAT equipment to achieve daily objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Interpretation of drawings and specifications for waste dump construction
* Management of personnel and plant resources to meet daily targets
* Effective communication with clients and utilization of digital tools
* Experience with GPS systems is essential
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in earthworks construction
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to represent the organization to clients
