Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced MRI or CT Radiographer to step into the role of Imaging Manager at our Ballina site. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a senior radiographer looking to elevate their career while remaining clinically engaged.
As Imaging Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, patient-focused imaging service. You will lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team, while building strong relationships with referrers and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and implement Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance initiatives
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with referrers, providing ongoing engagement and support
* Maintain clinical skills in accordance with organisational and professional standards
* Manage procurement processes and ensure effective stock and inventory control
* Lead performance management, staff development, and mentoring initiatives
About You
* Senior Radiographer with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
* Demonstrated leadership capability; previous management experience is advantageous
* Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting team development
* Available for a full-time position
