We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Services Partner to join our dedicated team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on all people functions, including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project and change management, with a history of implementing initiatives to achieve positive organisational outcomes. They will also possess outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building at all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of new Human Resource software solutions
* Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
* Provide expert advice on employment laws and regulations
* Manage the recruitment process to ensure the right candidates are appointed
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
* Hands-on experience with Human Resource software solutions
