Hydraulic Services Consultant (Tenancy Manager)

Aqualogical is a family‑owned hydraulic consultancy founded in 2006. We design and document plumbing services for projects ranging from single dwellings to large manufacturing facilities, always focusing on smarter, more sustainable solutions.
As the Tenancy Manager, you will
* Coordinate our tenancy design team and keep projects moving smoothly.
* Use our CRM to scope jobs, generate fee proposals and track progress.
* Translate concepts into clear plumbing design sketches for our draftspersons.
* Liaise with architects, builders, councils and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and submit plumbing applications to local authorities.
* Review drawings for quality, accuracy and compliance before issue.
The role is 34 hours across a 4-day week, with flexible start/finish times and a supportive team culture at our Underwood office. Salary is negotiable and will reflect your skills and experience.
To be considered for this role, you will need
* Trade background – Certificate IV in Plumbing & Services (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
* Minimum 3 years' industry experience, ideally including site or project‑management exposure.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Sound understanding of Australian plumbing standards; council application experience is a bonus.
* Must have existing Australian work authorisation.
