Reporting to the Chief Technology and Product Officer, the Portfolio Manager will lead the portfolio management processes, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with broader strategic objectives. The role will involve close collaboration with senior technology, product, and CX leaders to ensure seamless integration and execution of cross-functional projects.
This is an ideal role for an experienced portfolio manager who can manage the complexity of multiple projects while fostering alignment across squads, supporting portfolio governance, and driving technology delivery with strong leadership and coordination across the business.

Portfolio Management: Oversee the portfolio of initiatives within the PACE squad, ensuring strategic alignment, resource management, and successful delivery of technology, product, and CX projects.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with squad leaders, business units, and stakeholders to drive cross-functional and divisional interlock, ensuring that initiatives meet business line outcomes.
End-to-End Planning and Execution: Manage the planning and execution of projects from initiation through delivery, providing leadership in setting clear priorities, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
Governance & Reporting: Establish and enforce portfolio governance processes to ensure all initiatives are managed effectively. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior leadership on portfolio performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks across the portfolio, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary.
Resource and Budget Management: Manage the allocation of resources across initiatives, ensuring optimal use of talent and budgets to meet portfolio goals.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of portfolio initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and aligning future initiatives with evolving business needs.
Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement best practices across the portfolio management process, driving continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and project execution.
