* Assist the nursing team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care while ensuring the day surgery complex and equipment are ready for surgery.
* Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, promptly addressing any complications that may arise.
* Deliver personalized education and support to patients regarding their recovery process.
* Supervise and support enrolled nurses on shift to ensure seamless care delivery.
