About The Role
This is a fast‐paced, multi‐faced role where you'll coordinate rental contracts, respond to enquiries, grow customer relationships and support branch operations. You'll work closely with the workshop, transport providers and customers to ensure equipment is delivered, collected and invoiced accurately, while identifying opportunities to grow the rental space.
What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to rental enquiries and providing accurate quotes
* Following up quotes and converting new business
* Coordinating hire and de‐hire of equipment
* Scheduling and organising transport for deliveries and collections
* Liaising with workshop to ensure equipment is ready for dispatch
* Processing rental invoices and supporting debtor procedures
* Raising purchase orders for subcontract transport and sub‐hire equipment
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

About You
* Previous experience in a rental, sales coordination, dealership or similar environment (preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy setting
* Confidence handling quotations, follow‐ups and negotiations
* Good problem‐solving skills and ability to think on your feet
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office, CRM/ERP systems)
* Mechanical interest or materials handling knowledge (advantageous)
* Current driver's licence
* Full working rights in Australia
