The Role
* Manage and lead front-of-shop operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflows.
* Supervise and train retail staff to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
* Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and promotional displays.
* Work closely with pharmacists and the broader team to support the delivery of health services.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A hands-on approach with a focus on customer experience and team development.
* Ability to manage time effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Salary & Benefits
* No working required Saturday and Sunday
* Generous Hourly Rate: Up to $35.00 plus super/hour
