Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and qualified diesel technicians to join our team. As a diesel technician at WSB, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery products, including Agco hay and harvest equipment, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other mechanical systems on agricultural machinery
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals and meet customer expectations
* Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience as a diesel technician or completion of an apprenticeship program
* Heavy vehicle driver's license
* Customer service experience
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
