Who You Are You hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid Drivers Licence with 3+ years of experience or 8+ years for the Senior role.
You possess demonstrated Solidworks 3D modeling abilities with knowledge of Australian drafting standards and manufacturing principles.
You show strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to verify designs through manual calculations or FEA.
You are an organized team player with excellent communication skills capable of managing multiple priorities or leading staff.
What You Will Be Doing Design and develop mechanical systems and maintain CAD files while researching new parts and technologies for innovative solutions.
Manage the full product lifecycle including testing troubleshooting and preparing bills of materials and technical documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support production in Shepparton.
Contribute to QA activities and standards with the Senior role specifically leading and mentoring two Mechanical Engineers.
