Due to rapid national growth, we’re creating a brand-new opportunity for an experienced and driven Head of Retail to take full ownership of our retail network and help shape the next chapter of the Ringers Western story.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the entire retail operation across our growing store portfolio, driving performance, customer experience, team culture, and future expansion.
From opening new stores to lifting sales performance and building elite retail teams — you’ll have genuine ownership and the ability to make a real impact.
You’ll be:
* Leading and growing our national retail network
* Driving sales and operational performance across all stores
* Developing retail growth strategies and expansion plans
* Building high-performing retail leadership teams
* Creating exceptional customer experiences that bring the brand to life
* Working closely with senior leadership to help scale the business
