Role requirements and responsibilities:

Travel to various sites to support operations and maintain client relationships

Multiple care communities across Great Western Sydney, and Sydney Metro

Experience in Sales/Administration roles desired
Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
Reception and other administration duties where required
