Customer Service Role

The role will cover the responsibilities of a customer service representative, providing exceptional service via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, and other business systems
* Support trade store counter as required, including customer requests, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad hoc duties
* Action requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
* Understand customer sales history to identify service requirements and pursue upsell opportunities when available
* Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
* Requirements:
* Customer service experience in a trade store, call centre, or retail environment
* Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
