About the Role This key position involves protecting Defence personnel, assets and infrastructure through proactive patrols, access control and a strong on-site presence. Key Duties: * Access Control – Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorised personnel are permitted on site. * Foot Patrols – Conduct regular patrols to maintain situational awareness and deter potential threats. * Stakeholder Liaison – Build rapport with Defence personnel, contractors and visitors while maintaining a strong security presence. * Incident Response – React promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies or suspicious behaviour. * Compliance Monitoring – Ensure site protocols and Defence security procedures are followed at all times. * Reporting & Documentation – Accurately record incidents, shift activities and observations in line with site requirements.
