Supporting one another in this way provides opportunities for exposure across the agency and is an integral part of the NACC's positive workplace culture.
The team works to an approved workplan based on identified and agreed priorities within the branch. The work is shared across the team, with individuals assigned responsibility for particular initiatives based on priorities, capacity and individual development goals.
Individual responsibilities will be discussed and made clear to all members of the team, and the work expected will be in line with the appropriate Work Level.
Working under the general direction of the Assistant Director Assessments and in accordance with the APS5 Work Level Standards, key duties of this position may include the following:

* Engage and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes, facilitate cooperation and communicate decisions.
* Support the Assessments Executive by contributing to the development of team priorities and objectives, including capability building across the team and/or branch.
