**Job Title:** Integrations Partnerships Strategist
This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for the development and growth of our integrations ecosystem. You will identify, onboard, and manage key integration partners to drive customer value and commercial success across our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and execute a strategic plan to grow our integrations ecosystem
* Identify and evaluate integration opportunities that align with our customers' needs and product roadmap
* Manage end-to-end partner relationships, from initial engagement and onboarding to performance tracking and optimisation
* Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritise and deliver impactful integrations
* Create joint value propositions with partners and support co-marketing initiatives
* Represent us at industry events, developer forums, and partner ecosystems
* Act as the voice of our partners internally to influence roadmap and go-to-market decisions
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within SaaS, eCommerce
* Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and software development cycles
* Demonstrated success managing technology partner programs
* A natural attraction to AI tools and how to drive more efficiency and productivity to your role
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
* Strategic mindset with a customer-first approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
