We are seeking a skilled professional to shape and execute the end-to-end customer contact and experience strategy across the mortgage lifecycle. This role is responsible for designing customer journeys with the right balance of commercial outcomes, experience, and non-financial risk.
The successful candidate will own the customer contact strategy, including cadence, channel, and message design. They will also optimise marketing spend and acquisition contact activity, as well as retention contact activity. Additionally, they will coordinate Non-Financial Risk activities and collaborate with other teams to improve distribution networks.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' product management experience
* Strong customer communications and engagement experience
* Product management experience delivering tools where activation/behavioural changes are required
* Commercially focussed with experience of contributing to the delivery of impactful strategies
