**About the Role**:
Overseeing an international portfolio & working closely with the Customer Service, Warehouse Manager, Finance, Toll Manufacturers, Operations, Freight & Customs Clearance Teams, this role will be charged with effective day to day account management of the existing accounts along with driving the long-term strategic initiatives of the business.
Reporting to the General Manager for Asia Pacific, this is a genuinely unique opportunity for a progressive sales leader to step in and truly build something great.
**Duties**:
- Manage existing account base for retention and growth
- New business development
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Operations Team to ensure stock is ordered, logistics coordinated, and stock delivered in a timely fashion
- Provide Training to Wholesale and Retail customers
- Collect, analyse and report market data and trends relative to competitor activity, pricing, market trends to establish business opportunities
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Quarterly international travel to exploit networking opportunities with key stakeholders
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven sales track record in both account management & business development
- Ideally have a background in specification, coatings, painting industries or similar
- Exposure to export sales advantageous
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills
- Excellent MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work independently to overcome pricing objections and customer concessions
