Overview
Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) is at a strategic inflection point, implementing its new Strategy 2030 and restructuring its Executive Leadership Team to drive growth and transformation over the next decade.
Role Accountabilities
The Group Executive will be accountable for GPC's end‐to‐end information and operational technology environment, including customer service delivery, digital channels, data, and cybersecurity. Key priorities include rapidly maturing digital and technology capability while reducing system complexity, and ensuring resilient 24/7 operations across multi‐site facilities.
* Lead the transformation of GPC's technology capabilities and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align technology strategy with business objectives.
* Promote a customer‐first culture and lead with calm, resilience, and decisiveness.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in technology, engineering, science or a related discipline are expected, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded. Candidates should have whole‐enterprise leadership experience in industrial or operational environments such as transport, logistics, infrastructure, utilities or health, with multi‐site operations and diverse workforces.
