About the Role: You will take the lead on a major industrial/commercial development in Adelaide, with construction expected to run for approximately 18–24 months. This is a true end-to-end delivery role where you will: Lead the project from early construction through to completion and handover Manage site and office teams, consultants and subcontractors Oversee programme, cost control, risk management and stakeholder coordination Drive safety, quality and programme outcomes on a large-scale, complex build The role is suited to either: An established Senior Project Manager experienced in delivering large industrial or commercial builds; or A high-performing Project Manager ready to step up into a Senior position with full project ownership. Candidates can be Adelaide-based or Melbourne-based, with full relocation support provided. Role Requirements: 8 years’ experience in commercial construction (ideally industrial/warehouse/manufacturing/logistics projects) Proven track record delivering large-scale projects ($50M preferred) Strong programming, cost control and contract administration capability Experience leading site teams and managing client relationships Commercially astute with strong subcontractor management skills Stable employment history with reputable builders Interstate candidates must be open to relocating to Adelaide for the duration of the project.
