Civil Infrastructure Leader
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Civil Infrastructure Leader. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing road infrastructure projects across Noosa, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
About the Role:
* Lead and oversee road infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
* Provide on-site technical supervision, conduct inspections, and mentor in-house technical staff.
* Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, community, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery.
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
* You have tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Maintenance.
* You hold (or are willing to obtain) a WH&S competency card and a C-class driver's licence.
* Experience in asphalt, compaction, spray sealing, or traffic management is highly desirable.
