The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health and Physical Education (PE) teacher to join our primary school community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young learners and is committed to creating fun, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences that support the physical, social, and emotional development of all students. The successful applicant will teach PE across various year levels, encouraging students to stay active, build resilience, work as a team, and develop a lifelong love of health and movement.
In addition to delivering high-quality lessons, you will play a key role in promoting a healthy school culture by organising and coordinating events such as school carnivals, lunchtime sporting activities, and cross-school competitions. You’ll also work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and refine the Health and Physical Education program, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of our students. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, reflective, and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of teamwork and a genuine passion for supporting young people to grow, thrive, and enjoy being active.

* consent to and obtain a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
