The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in estimating, pricing, and preparing competitive tenders for landmark high-voltage and renewable energy projects.
Reporting to the Bid Development Manager and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams, vendors, and clients, you will ensure all proposals meet technical, commercial, and client expectations.
As a key member of our team, your ability to deliver accurate, timely bids will directly contribute to our continued success in securing landmark projects across Australia.
Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in estimating and tendering, with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of high-voltage, substation, balance of plant, and transmission lines infrastructure is highly regarded.
* An Electrical Trade background or tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering will be viewed favourably.
* Strong contractual and commercial awareness.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail with a logical, solution-focused approach.
