Commercial Management Position
The Commercial Manager role involves providing actionable financial insights and strategic support to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimise resource allocation, pricing strategies, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted commercial advisor to designated Practice Groups.
* Analyse key financial and operational metrics (e.g., KPIs, WIP, debtor days, utilisation, realisation) and lead performance improvement initiatives.
* Support pricing strategies, tender submissions, and large client proposals.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support client arrangements, compliance, and operational planning.
* Enhance working capital management and oversee significant WIP write-offs.
* Assist in resource planning and team structuring aligned with strategic goals.
* Promote financial acumen across the firm through training and commercial awareness initiatives.
* Provide responsive support on ad hoc queries and initiatives.
