**_Your responsibility _** 
Based in Knoxfield, Melbourne and directly reporting to the State General Manager, this role's primary purpose is to drive a culture 
committed and engaged with high performance and safety, and to manage and support Return To Work processes. Key 
responsibilities will be to:
- Develop, design and implementation of a documented safety management system in line with the AGG Safety plan 
- Ensure protected compliance of systems, processes, plant and equipment, people, contractors and the workplace environment 
- Ensure the provision of adequate and timely resource into Risk assessment and mitigation practices and an effective
response to incidents including investigative processes 
- Develop and maintain robust framework in place to ensure competently trained people are in the business 
- Ensure the Return to Work practices and process are correctly deployed
**_What you will bring _** 
This full-time position will suit someone who has:
- Strong experience in Safety Practices and Risk Management 
- Experience with Return To Work programs and implementing a safety management system 
- Demonstrated safety experience in a manufacturing workplace 
- Understanding of the AS4081 Safety Management system 
- Experienced in designing and delivering training programs for production process workers 
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and organisational skills.
