As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, domestic assistance, and social support. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them maintain their independence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require manual handling and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

* Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry

* Support customers with meal preparation and shopping

* Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities

* Help customers manage medication and adhere to treatment plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

* A minimum of 3 months' experience in a similar role within aged care
">
* A current Open Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
">
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">
* Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling and mobility tasks
