About You
* You are an experienced commercial lawyer who has had good exposure to employment and HR matters.
* You have experience managing complex employment law matters and complaints from staff and have the ability to influence, negotiate and simplify complex legal matters.
* You are comfortable working directly with leadership teams including the Chief Executive and other stakeholders.
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously.
* You have a minimum of 7 years' experience.
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the organisation.
* You have a current practising certificate.
* You have the right to live and work in Australia.
