Wild Heart Therapy is a boutique, trauma-informed private practice in the South West, offering integrative therapy informed by best practice. Our work is grounded, relational, and evidence-based, with a strong focus on nervous-system awareness, ethical pacing, and high-quality clinical care.
We're expanding and seeking a clinician who values autonomy, professionalism, and working within a practice that is clear, human, and thoughtfully structured.
The Role
We're seeking Mental Health Accredited Social Worker / to join Wild Heart Therapy as an independent contractor. The role involves delivering therapeutic services aligned with your training, interests, and scope of practice. This may include work with adults, children and adolescents, couples, families, and/or groups. Clinicians are supported to manage their own diary and caseload within an established, well-resourced private practice. Comprehensive administrative support is provided, allowing you to focus on high-quality clinical work while retaining autonomy over how you structure your schedule and offerings.

You'll have the flexibility to choose your availability, session load, and working days, with referrals aligned to the practice's trauma-informed focus.
The practice provides established systems, consulting rooms, and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on clinical work rather than logistics. There is genuine space to build your caseload in a way that feels sustainable for you, while being part of a growing, values-aligned team that cares about how we work together and the kind of practice we are building.
Who We're Looking For
* Fully registered Mental Health Accredited Social Worker or Psychologist
* Holds current professional registration, appropriate professional indemnity insurance, and a valid police check
* Comfortable working within a private practice model
* Values autonomy, self-directed work, and taking ownership of clinical practice
* Wants flexibility in how they work, without corporate pressure or micromanagement
* Appreciates being part of a thoughtful, values-aligned practice
