Content Specialist
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane
About The Role
We're looking for a Content Specialist to join our Consumer Insurance team within Brand & Customer Experience.
In this role, you'll implement impactful marketing programs that leverage content, social, and online platforms to drive brand and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Facilitate content and social campaigns, including development, production, dispatch and reporting.
Execute Influencer and Creator campaigns that build brand awareness, consideration and drive cultural relevance for Suncorp brands.
Collaborate with content strategy and governance team to execute strategic priorities, with particular focus responding to opportunities driven by LLM uptake.
Curate quality content to increase brand discoverability and online visibility.
Leverage emerging, non-traditional paid search placements to surface relevant brand-specific content throughout the discovery journey.
Demonstrate an understanding of content and social trends.
Act as social platform guardian, managing access, setup and organic content requests.
Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Support broader, integrated brand campaigns and programs as required.
About You
Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing (mandatory).
3+ years marketing experience in a similar role (either Client or Agency side) with a focus on digital marketing, social, content development and curation.
Key Capabilities / Technical Competencies
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Experience working in key social platforms, including publishing and analytics (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube).
A solid understanding of Creator and Influencer marketing.
A strong grasp of social and content trends and creative best practice.
Confidence working with various digital technologies and platforms.
