Exciting times at Campbell Page!

We're thrilled to continue to deliver disability employment services as a provider under Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) - bringing life-changing opportunities to people and communities across the country.

At Campbell Page, we're more than just a workplace – we're a Not-for-Profit (NFP) organisation that's been proudly supporting Australian communities for over 35 years through a wide range of community programmes.

Our mission is simple: We're all about people. Whether it's supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals, empowering youth, or helping families to thrive, we're dedicated to making a real difference that lasts.

We're on the lookout for passionate, purpose‐led professionals to join our team in Bundaberg in a permanent part‐time capacity. This role will require that you work 8.30 am to 5 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Note there will be the occasional requirement to service our outreach sites at Gin Gin & Childers.

* Experience within Employment Services an advantage or a background in Customer Service, Sales, Recruitment or Community Services.
* Ability to juggle competing priorities, with a strong eye for detail.
* A real drive to meet goals—not just ticking off boxes but creating real impact.
* An engaging and supportive communication style.
* An ability to work towards KPI's and Targets.

The Rewards

* A career with purpose where you achieve your dreams by helping others to achieve theirs.
* Ongoing training and genuine professional development opportunities.
* A supportive team culture where authenticity, care, and community come first.
* Not for Profit salary packaging (more take‐home pay!).
* 17.5% annual leave loading.
* Extra paid leave benefits once you've worked with us for 12 months or more.
* FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.

Must‐Haves

* The right to work in Australia (no restrictions).
* Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help).
* Able to complete a criminal history check.
* A driver's licence and access to your own car.
* Willing to work across other sites within your ESA when needed.
* Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.

Campbell Page is a not‐for‐profit organisation dedicated to empowering people through employment services, disability support, youth programmes, and more. With deep connections across communities nationwide, we're proud to create safe, welcoming, and accessible workplaces where everyone can thrive.

We warmly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, mature age workers, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those from a wide range of backgrounds. We're focused on delivering great candidate experiences – for everyone – so, if there is anything we can do to make our recruitment process more inclusive or accessible, just let us know.
