As an Upholsterer Technician, you'll be an integral part of the production team, working on high-quality furniture and seating products that are designed for comfort, durability, and style. Key Responsibilities:
* Upholster chairs and seating products to high-quality standards
* Measure, cut, and attach fabric or other upholstery materials
* Repair or replace upholstery components as needed
* Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and maintain standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in upholstery or a related field (commercial or domestic)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
* Comfortable using sewing and overlocking machines
* Ability to read technical drawings, create patterns and follow specifications
* A team player with a proactive attitude
* Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
* Can lift up to 25kg safely
* Reliable, organised, and a team player
* Can work safely and follow company policies
