Overview
A large federal transformation program is seeking an experienced Communications & Change Specialist to support the rollout of new IT systems, processes, and analytics capabilities. You'll work in a fast‐paced environment, designing clear, engaging communication and change activities that help stakeholders understand impacts, prepare for change, and adopt new ways of working.
Responsibilities
* Develop communication materials and change activities for IT and data initiatives
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience‐friendly messages
* Support governance through high‐quality briefs, papers, and presentations
* Coordinate program timelines, inputs, and stakeholder engagement
* Deliver training and capability uplift activities aligned to change impacts
* Work closely with delivery teams to align with project milestones
About you
* Strong background in communications, change, or both—ideally in IT environments
* Confident engaging with technical teams, leaders, and diverse stakeholders
* Able to juggle competing priorities in a fast‐moving program
* Collaborative, personable, and known for producing quality work quickly
