MM Plastics is looking for a Business Manager to lead our Victorian operation spanning sales, customer service, manufacturing and warehousing, with full P&L responsibility.

With the business moving into a new purpose-built facility, you'll play a key role in shaping what comes next.

Around half of the business involves value-add manufacturing, including CNC machining and fabrication. This isn't a typical distribution business. You'll need to understand how products move through a manufacturing environment while also driving commercial outcomes and developing the sales team.

You'll lead the team, strengthen accountability and ensure both the commercial and operational sides of the business continue to perform at a high level.

Most candidates will have strength in either sales leadership or operations.

The person we're looking for has both.

Ideally, you've led teams in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, machining or a similar industrial environment. You understand what drives customers, what keeps production moving, and how to balance both.

You're comfortable making decisions, holding people accountable and challenging the status quo when something can be done better.

Experience in environments such as CNC machining, fabrication, plastics or otherwise will be highly regarded.
