Flexihire is currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated person to join our team at the established Caboolture branch. You will be part of a growing team with local support branches and a total of 17 other branches throughout the state.

About the role:

* Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
* Generate quotes, provide pricing and availability to clients, and make bookings for hire equipment.
* Support a culture of upselling at every opportunity.
* Coordinate deliveries and pickups.
* Learn about machinery from small hand tools to large compaction rollers and more.
* Coordinate, assist, and liaise with mechanics in the workshop.
* Introduction into a growing career opportunity.
* Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment and occasionally deliver to customer sites.

Key skills required:

* Previous hire controlling or hire industry experience highly regarded.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions, both as part of a team and independently.
* Proficiency with IT applications including the Microsoft Suite.
* Strong time management skills, including planning ahead and rescheduling as needed.
* Ability to run reports, audit documentation, and adhere to procedures.
