Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist with a passion for rehabilitation care, especially for older adults, to lead our Rehabilitation Physiotherapy Team. The team operates across various RHH campuses in Southern Tasmania, including the Repatriation Centre, providing physiotherapy services to patients at RHH campuses and in patient homes across Southern Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage and provide clinical leadership for the Rehabilitation team within Physiotherapy Services (THS - South).
2. Ensure efficient team operations aligned with contemporary professional Physiotherapy standards.
3. Collaborate with Discipline Lead, Deputy Managers, other Team Leaders, and Clinical Leads to implement governance systems.
4. Participate in service development and strategic management within a multidisciplinary context, working with other health disciplines locally and statewide.
Qualifications and Experience :
* Extensive general Physiotherapy experience with significant expertise in Rehabilitation Physiotherapy.
* Professional qualification or equivalent recognized competency, with a commitment to further qualifications supporting health leadership or clinical expertise.
* Demonstrated initiative and commitment to high-quality clinical care and contemporary healthcare standards.

Salary and Benefits :
Salary ranges from $123,717 to $138,296 per annum, plus an employer superannuation contribution of 11.5%. Additional benefits include:

Essential Criteria :
* Tertiary qualification approved by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
