Job Title: Office Coordinator
About the Role
The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to our cancer services department.
Responsibilities
* Receiving visitors and directing them to the appropriate locations within the health centre
* Answering telephones and directing calls in a timely manner
* Making appointments internally and externally for patients
* Registering new patients onto both the hospital's computer system and our cancer services database
Skills Required
This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Providing administrative support to a high level of quality
* Effective data management and record-keeping practices
* Coordinating appointments and transport services efficiently
* Assisting with patient admissions and discharges processes
