We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Group Fitness Leaders to join our team. Our organisation continuously strives to create a vibrant and healthy community, with a focus on delivering exceptional services, infrastructure and facilities.
This casual position involves leading group fitness classes, including Les Mills Programs, Freestyle and Interval training sessions, Aqua Aerobics, as well as Senior and Gentle Exercise Programs. As a Group Fitness Leader, you will play a key role in keeping our classes safe and welcoming.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit and able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also require flexibility and availability to work across multiple locations, including weekends and evenings, with shifts between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Certificate III in Fitness (Group Exercise Instruction) or A GEL (Group Exercise Leader) qualification by Les Mills, Active fitness registration with Aus Active, a current First Aid Statement of Attainment HLTAID0011 or equivalent, a current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Statement of Attainment HLTAID009 or equivalent, and a Paid NSW Working With Children Check Clearance Number.
