Weston Bull is opening in January 2026 in Weston Creek, and we're looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing Canberra Porterhouse group.
We operate multiple venues across Canberra, delivering quality food, drinks, service, and entertainment in a welcoming environment.
Positions Available
* Head Chef (Full-time): $80,000–$85,000 + super + award entitlements
* Sous Chef (Full-time): $70,000–$76,000 + super + award entitlements
* Chefs (Part-time): $60,000–$70,000 pro rata + super + award entitlements
Weston Bull will operate from Tuesday to Sunday, offering premium pub food, beverages, and entertainment.

* Ability to train, mentor, and work collaboratively
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
