The Duties
* Routine inspections, ingoings and outgoings
* Supporting PMs with day-to-day tasks when needed
* Prepping key packs, dropping keys to trades, coordinating on-site access
* Helping with opens and staying connected with the pod
* Being the go-to on the ground to keep everything running smoothly
Skills & Experience
* Property Management registration is essential
* 6-12 months previous Property Management or assistant experience
* Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
* High attention to detail and time management
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
* High level of care factor and customer service
