About the Role
We are seeking a People Talent Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of hospitality roles.
The successful candidate will attract, engage, and place top talent to support operational excellence in our vibrant hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
* Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
* Take a proactive approach to sourcing and talent pooling to meet future workforce needs.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop deep knowledge of your recruitment areas.
* Champion our values and employer brand throughout the candidate experience.
You Bring:
* Proven experience in volume recruitment, ideally within a large, complex organisation or internal TA function.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service through people.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
* A proactive mindset with demonstrated success in sourcing and pipelining talent.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a drive to continuously improve.
* High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
