About The Role An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning Advisor to join the FLOW program on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Learning Manager, this role will manage, administer and streamline the program’s change and learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Consult with workforce planners to schedule approx 130 classroom sessions across Sydney. Oversee catering, printing and management of 90 laptops across 7 locations, including ensuring the availability of spare equipment. Schedule and support Change readiness activities Create sessions in our Learning management System (LMS) and upload historical classroom and capability assessment records Onboard and manage vendor contracts, track documents, and build strong relationships with vendors. Handle purchasing processes and ensure timely invoice payments related to all L&D initiatives. Provide comprehensive project coordination and administrative support for program delivery, ensuring smooth operations. About You In addition to a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent and 2 years' experience in a similar administration role you will also have: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to Learning Management Systems is highly desirable. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of data. Strong stakeholder management and customer service focus. Highly technology literate.
