Due to growth and internal movement, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Trainee Production Supervisor to join their team.
Reporting to the Department Manager, you'll be provided guidance and training within various aspects of the production process including operations, people management and safety.
The role:
Supervise production employees to ensure operational, training and safety requirements are met Control product quality outputs from production to meet customer requirements Maximize yield and profitability from product Promote organizational values and expectations Develop and implement corrective actions appropriate for internal and external findings Ensure shift targets are being maintained and met
What we're looking for:
Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees, departments, and management A team player with the ability to work autonomously Strong work ethic Reliable and punctual
